Journal volumes may be pre-viewed by clicking on a file name or thumbnail, which then opens a preview image of that file.  Arrows on the left or right of the image move the preview to the previous or the next file.  To download any file (usually into a Downloads folder), click on the three vertical dots in the upper right hand corner of the preview screen.
